About the job
We're lucky - we have great kids. We've never had any sort of urge to hire a caregiver because we somehow got lucky enough to have the coolest kids that we actually enjoy hanging out with. But we realize there's some things that are lacking for us - no time midday to work/study, go to the gym together, and so on. We also live in a tiny fixer upper home that we have been slowly renovating project by project, but that's become our primary hobby, and we'd love to be able to find other things to do together. Our daughter is 4 - she's sassy, but very kind and empathic. She's a bit shy and quiet around new people but she warms up quickly. Our son is 2 - he's spunky and fun, very sweet to everyone and loves to snuggle.
