PT Care While I WFH

We are looking for a reliable PT care to help watch our 2 young kids ( 2 and 2 mo). I will be home majority of the time to help out but will be starting a PT work from home job that I will need to step away sometimes. Someone who is comfortable with a dog and taking care of 2 kids at once, though often I will be able to help take care of 1, or one will be napping. Our little's love being outside, strolling to the nearby park, imaginative play, crafts, and dinosaurs! Hours will be minimum 10/week but will vary depending on my schedule. So flexibility is also preferred, also comfortable with feeding infant bottle / burping / changing diapers and CPR certified. We have a 5-year-old pit hound mix.
