Part Time Nanny With Flexible Schedule.

We are local business owners in Mukilteo with 2 children. We will typically know when we need care 1-2 weeks ahead, but a sick call at our coffee shop will require same day or next day support. Our goal is to hire 2 individuals to help cover these gaps. Our youngest is a 6-month-old girl who is all smiles. She has a predictable schedule and is very easy going. She will be the main source of babysitting need. Occasionally we will need help with our 3-year-old son as well. He is driven like most toddlers by activities, games, reading, and outdoor time. Care with mostly be in home in Mukilteo and I work from home. Some days our son may need to be dropped off or picked up from school in Arlington. Mileage will be reimbursed. We are a gentle parenting household. Safety, patience, care and mindfulness are important to us.
