He is a super nice, smart and well behaved. House is clean, has big back yard, we have a super nice chillout yellow lab so needs someone comfortable with dog. He is mostly in office with my husband during the day. No requirement to drive boy anywhere except pushing him around in stroller in our neighborhood just for a short walk.
