Seeking Nanny For 2 Boys, Baby And Toddler

Hello! I am looking for a wonderful caregiver for my two boys - our 18-month-old and our newest addition born in May. I work from home and have previously cared for my toddler while working full time, but with two I will need a helping hand. We have two big, very lovable dogs and live in a neighborhood with a park in the center so outdoor time is easy to fit in! I want someone who views this position as a mutually beneficial relationship. I was a nanny for several years so I understand the challenges and joys that can come with the job. We have some flexibility with schedules and responsibilities, we are willing to have our caregiver only look after our toddler while I care for our newborn and work. We are also open to nanny share or have someone who has their own little they would like to bring along!
