My little one is 1-year-old and enjoys sing-a-longs, occasional Miss Rachel, and interacting with her toys (and mom) in the loft upstairs. She's close to walking so she's been enjoying this activity walking stroller. Ideal day is waking up and getting fed, diaper change, etc and then within the first hour or two of being awake, she generally gets tired and wants her first nap ( 10a). Then when shes up, we play and sing, and may go run a few errands (if so, she naps in the car). Don't have a super strict schedule but I just let her take her afternoon nap whenever she feels tired.
