Looking For A New Nanny/Mommy's Helper To Join Our Busy Family.

I'm looking for a nanny who can help me with our family's early evening routines. I have two kids in school full time and a newborn. I need help with picking the older kids up from their school or after school activities, getting them fed, bathed and ready for bed. I also have a dog and cat that I'm hoping the ideal candidate wouldn't mind pet sitting/overnight house sitting, if we go out of town for a short period of time.
