I need a nanny who can be consistent with me. I work a 12 hour shift so I need someone who can come in at 5:30 p.m. and leave at 8 a.m. Someone who can stay overnight with my son. He is very calm and such a sweet boy. Typical night includes putting him to sleep and then changing his diaper the giving him a bottle in the night when he wakes up to feed. Before he sleeps he can do tummy time or other activities.
