Just have a 16-month-old and both my wife and myself work. My schedule rotates and my wife usually works days that Im off. Everyone in a while there is overlap and we are both at work. Also I have meetings and training from time to time that I need a few hours of child care. We also have 2 dogs but they are pretty chill and dont need much care while we are gone.
