About the job
Pay is $33/hr -Schedule is not a traditionally set # of hours per week; it is on a 3 week rotation. -week 1: 40-45 hours/week, M-Fr 7 a.m. to 3/5 p.m. typically or 9 am-6/7 p.m. -week 2: 25-30 hours/week, split over 2-4 days -week 3: 8-16 hours/week, split over 1-2 days -PTO 2 weeks/yr, notice to be given 4 months ahead of time, 5 sick days/yr Responsibilities: -Caring for 4 y/o son who does have autism spectrum disorder. Experience with special needs is not necessary per se, but being understanding and open to neurodivergence is important. He attends pre-school 4 days a week and bus does pick up and drop off at our home. -Caring for 2 y/o daughter who may start preschool -we have a small dog. -Must be up to date on vaccines, child CPR and epipen use certified. Look for good/safe driver too.
