Establish work period and give lessons as needed and maintain classroom aligned to the Montessori philosophy, paying particular attention to the needs of students. Facilitate a respectful environment for children and adults by advocating conflict resolution and Grace and Courtesy lessons Prepare for and schedule 2 individual Parent/Teacher Conferences. Support each teacher in every way possible. Establish work period and give lessons as needed Communicate via email or through our "Remind App" with parents about their child's progress. Carefully observe and keep daily records on each student's individual progression through the classroom Inform parents weekly of the weekly lesson plans through Remind App". Review each teachers individual learning plans and conference forms for all students. Keep a school calendar of events. Implement and update curriculum as student needs dictate. Establish a harmonious relationship with each teacher. Participate in staff evaluation.
