About the job
I am a full-time WFH mom and looking for someone responsible and caring to come to our home for several hours a few days a week to be with my 14 m. o. son as I work in my home office. We want to find someone long-term, to bond with our boy and our family. Looking for someone fun, responsive and gentle who can play with him, do meals and snacks, support the start of our potty training journey, maybe take a walk or play outside sometimes, and generally keep him entertained and engaged. He naps 1x a day, and I nurse to sleep, so we can vary who puts him down based on my schedule, until he gets used to you. Some light housework (picking up the room / loading & unloading dishwasher/ running a vacuum / switching laundry) can be done during naptime.
