LGBTQ-Affirming Nanny Needed For 1 Child In Kent

My spouse and I are looking for someone to spend time with our almost-toddler on 2 days per week (probably Tuesday-Wednesday or Friday-Saturday but it's flexible). Our child is sweet, fun, smart and very adventurous. They like books, outdoor explorations, and music. Both parents are non-binary and our child has not been assigned a gender so you MUST be able to use they/them pronouns! Our home is very gender-expansive and we are looking for someone who will respect and celebrate that. We hope to find a trustworthy, warm, and fun person who will get to know our child as a unique little person. Please let us know if you are willing and able to do that!
