Mother's Helper / Nanny For 1yo Boy In Kent

I am a full-time WFH mom and looking for someone responsible and caring to hang out with us for several hours a few days a week to watch my 1-year-old son. I am also open to brining him to your home if it's a good fit. Looking for someone responsive and gentle who can play with him, do meals and snacks, support the start of our potty training journey, maybe take a walk or play outside sometimes, and generally keep him entertained. He naps 2x a day, although transitioning to 1 nap soon, and we can vary who puts him down based on my schedule, if you come to watch him at our home. We don't sleep train, and support him to sleep. Some light housework (picking up the room / dishes / vacuuming / switching laundry) can be done during naps.
