Babysitting In Kent

We are looking for a babysitter a few times a week for 2-3 hours in Kent. We would prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping (only picking up after 22-month-old). We would prefer a babysitter who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is comfortable with pets (1 corgi) and who is CPR certified. Just trying to get child comfortable, will still be in the home (in my room).
