Mother's Helper / Nanny For 1yo Boy In Kent

I am a full-time WFH mom and looking for someone responsible and caring to hang out with us for several hours a few days a week to watch my 1-year-old son as I work. Looking for someone who can play with him, help him during meals, change his diaper, maybe take a walk or play outside sometimes, and keep him entertained. He naps 2x a day still, and we can vary who puts him down based on my schedule. Some light housework (picking up the room / dishes / vacuuming / switching laundry) can be done during naps.
