Nanny Needed For 3 Children

We are looking for a great nanny for 3 children. We would prefer a babysitter who has their own car, who does not smoke and who is CPR certified. I work 10, 12, and 24 hour shifts. I work an average of 35 hours per week, but job would include nights and weekends. But generally, you work longer days but get lots of days off. When I work a 24 hour shift, I leave at 6 a.m. and return around 8-830 a.m. the following day. When I work a day time 10, I leave at 5 a.m. and get home around 6 p.m. When I work a 14 hour night shift, I leave at 230 p.m. and return around 730 am
