Were looking for a nanny to care for our daughter. She's smart, curious, and fully mobile! She thrives on interaction and is starting to feel bored in my home office when I cant give her my full attention. Favorite activities include: Music (playing, listening, and singing) Going outdoors Reading books We need someone who will foster these interests in a developmentally appropriate way. We prefer no screen time and are looking for someone who will engage with her directly, staying off their phone while with her. Gentle soothing (not using cry it out) is important when she's upset. I work from home, and care would take place here. We also have a dog and two cats, so animal lovers are a must! Light tidying (helping her clean up toys together) is appreciated to help reinforce those skills. Let's start with a 30-day trial to ensure good fit!
