I am due with my 3rd baby boy . We will be looking for a nanny to come to our home 2 - 3 days a week while I go to work. We have two other boys ages 5 and 10 right now. We would prefer someone who can help with light house keeping and keep the baby on a schedule. This will be our first time hiring a nanny so we aren't sure what to expect yet.
