Full-Time Nanny - Issaquah A friendly, dynamic family in Issaquah is looking for a dedicated, caring nanny to care for their 10-month-old baby. This is a wonderful opportunity for an experienced nanny who enjoys creating a nurturing environment and supporting early childhood development. Location: Issaquah, WA Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (40 hours/week) Pay: $25-$30 hour About the Family: This family consists of mom, dad, and their 10-month-old baby girl. The parents are both working professionals and value open communication, kindness, and structure. They enjoy spending quality time together and are looking for a nanny who will be a supportive partner in their baby's growth. What We're Looking For: At least 2 years of experience working with infants A patient, gentle, and dependable caregiver who can provide a calm and safe environment Knowledge of infant development and an ability to create engaging activities Strong communicator, responsible, and able to handle a structured routine Responsibilities: Full-time care for the baby, including feeding, diapering, naps, and playtime Preparing and cleaning bottles, baby laundry, and keeping baby areas tidy Engaging in developmental activities and encouraging milestones Occasional light housekeeping related to the baby Perks: Guaranteed hours Paid time off and sick leave Medical stipend Legal pay in accordance with WA state labor laws If you're a nurturing, experienced nanny looking for a long-term role with a supportive family, we'd love to hear from you.
