We are seeking a caring and reliable part-time nanny for our 2-year-old son. We Are Looking For: -Warm, attentive, and patient caregiver -Familiarity and experience with the Montessori method are a significant advantage. We value someone who can thoughtfully incorporate the principles into daily routines and activities. Requirements: -Min 2 years of professional childcare experience, At least 2 references from previous families Responsibilities Include: Creating a safe and stimulating environment, Preparing light snacks, Assisting with developmental activities and play, Supporting our son's growing independence (e. g., encouraging participation in simple household activities ), Tidying up play areas 3 mornings/week, We're open to discussing specific days. Open to occasional evening or weekend babysitting.
