After School Nanny For Our Neurodivergent 5 Year Old

We are looking for a nanny for our 5-year-old son, N, who loves the outdoors and is very active. We need someone who has a social emotional learning focus and can work with him in a developmentally appropriate way when handling boundaries, etc. He has high-functioning ASD and ADHD, so having experience working with that would be preferred. We are a two-household home, 50/50 custody split. Mom is in I, Dad is in Snoqualmie. Your day would start by picking up our little one from preschool (I) around 1:45pm, bringing him to mom's/dad's house, and then hanging out with him until the end of the work day, 5:30-6 p.m. Possibility of a few weekend hours on occasion. We would prefer someone who could plan activities for N, other at home or out. You ideally have your own car, are comfortable with dogs, and are CPR certified.
