Part Time Care For Toddler In Issaquah

Looking for someone to initially start a few hours a week (4-12 hrs) and primarily watch our 16-month-old daughter at our house while Mom or Dad are home. We are expecting our second baby late October and will continue to need help with childcare for her (ideally Tuesday and Thursdays and/ or weekends and evenings) and some light housekeeping while she sleeps (nothing major - folding laundry, chop veggies). We can provide consistency in hours but scheduling needs may vary and we are happy to accommodate yours as well. Great communicators please apply! In the coming months, our needs will change so we would like to find someone also comfortable with newborns (at least partially) so that they can help out with both children as needed. We can guarantee a minimum of 6 hours a week for the next two months but would like to increase this number of hours as my husband goes back to work in late November (10-15 hours a week). A flexible schedule and deciding weekly what is needed would be great for us. Looking for someone with toddler experience who is present, responsible, warm and trustworthy. This would be great for anyone retired who enjoys being around children and wants to have a surrogate family nearby! :) Or a student or i-9 worker who varies in schedule. We hope to find someone who grows into feeling like part of the family :)
