Nanny Needed For Newborn

We are looking for a part time nanny in preparation for our newborn. Our ideal nanny would be someone with newborn experience, who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is comfortable with pets and who is CPR certified. As first time parents we are uncertain what to expect, and as a business owner I am not anticipating being able to step away from work exclusively, which is why we are considering a part time nanny for the first 3-6 months while we alternate parental leave. We would like a set schedule, though are flexible on days and times of the week; the purpose of our interim nanny would be to allow me a few hours throughout the week to work and attend to my business. Eventually we will require full time care.
