Babysitter Needed For 1-2 Children, Afternoons, Up To 4 Days A Week

We are looking for a babysitter/nanny who could support us after school up to dinner time (3-6pm) on Mondays - Thursdays. This would involve picking up from school, possibly taking kids to tutoring or other after school appointments, helping with homework, play or structured activities. We are seeking someone creative, who knows how to engage children without screens. Someone who is both upbeat, fun, and engaging, but also knows how to use mindfulness and compassion to support self-regulation and grounding when needed. It would be best if you are local, located on the Kitsap peninsula (Poulsbo, Bainbridge, Kingston, Indianola, Suquamish).
