About the job
My wife and I both work from home. My wife works from 7am-3 p.m. She typically takes an hour lunch midway through the day. Our daughter doesn't have much of a schedule yet. My wife exclusively breastfeeds our daughter on-demand. So our daughter's nanny would need to bring her to my wife when she needs to nurse. We do cloth diapers and EC. We plan to do BLW when she starts solids in a month or two. We don't allow our daughter any screen time and are mindful about our screen usage around her when she's awake. We'd also prefer her caregiver to not wear scented products when caring for her! We live with 2 cats and 3 dogs. We also live with my wife's parents, her dad works from home as well. So our nanny would need to be comfortable with a full house! Don't worry there's plenty of space in the house and a very large yard!
