Nanny Needed For 1 Child In Gig Harbor

We're seeking a caring, reliable nanny for our affectionate 3.5-year-old son with mild spectrum-related challenges. He thrives with structure, consistency, and engaging activities and is working on skills in clinical OT. Care follows a schedule from 7:45 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. on school days, and both parents are school teachers. No care is needed over summer break. However, care will likely be needed for six weeks in late August through September before he starts Transitional Kindergarten. The ideal candidate has experience with young children, preferably with neurodiverse needs, is patient, creative, and engaging, and can reinforce OT strategies in daily activities.
