Afternoon Nanny Needed For 3 Young Kids

I need help with my 3 kids in the afternoons. You can stay home with them, take them out to parks, or whatever fun activities you would like. We are a Christian family and our Christian values are very important to us. We care about one another and always try to lead with kindness and grace. My kids boys (3yo and 1. 5yo) like cars and anything with wheels. They also love books. My daughter (5mo) is a happy girl who brightens every room she is in. Our caregiver needs to be flexible and have the ability to remain calm in different situations. Having 3 under 4 years old can be challenging at times when multiple kids need you or are crying at the same time.
