Recurring Babysitter For Smiley 5 Month Old Girl

My husband and I are looking for an experienced babysitter for our 5-month-old daughter. We both work full time tech jobs (work from home and hybrid schedules) and need someone to help out every Tuesday through Thursday with the possibility to flex up and/or add days depending on our schedules, as well as the potential for weekend care. We (one or both of us) will be home during your work days so we can potentially help, answer questions, etc. but a majority of the time would be spent solo with our daughter. Daily schedule includes putting her down for naps, feeding her, and playing with her during her awake time. She's growing quickly and learning new skills fast so we want someone who wants to nurture her little brain as much as we do. Help with tasks around the house as they relate to our daughter (laundry, bottles, dishes, etc.) is also required. Experience with infants is required. Must have CPR and first-aid certification, and reliable transportation to get to/from our house. Hourly rate is $25 and one recent reference is required. The ideal sitter will be looking to join our family for at least 6 months with the potential to extend beyond. We also have two cats, Ellie (10) who is not social/only comes out when she needs something and Teddy (5) who is very social and loves attention, so you will need to be comfortable and not allergic.
