Two Goofballs On Tuesdays

We have two children, one of them is 3, the other is turning 2. They are both fantastic children, very bubbly and laugh a lot. We need someone on Tuesdays to have fun with them, play with them, navigate nap time with them, feed them, and make sure they are happy and safe. Duties would include light cooking or food prep and reasonably cleaning up after the kids. We also have a handsome but rambunctious 75lb dog named Nugget and he can be a little much sometimes so you need to be okay with dogs. Our kids love to color, read, dance, watch movies, play outside (weather permitting), wrestle, and just be goofy in general. We generally give them free rein, just obviously with reasonable common sense limits. The kids need help with not wrestling too hard, getting access to food and drink, help turning on movies, going outside when the weather is nice, reading books, getting some wiggles out with dance and music. We need someone who is patient, likes to dance and sing, do some light cooking, likes to read, knows how to handle kids when they start rough-housing a little too hard, has a good handle on calming kids down for nap time, and knows how to find that middle ground between being too hard on the kids and letting them do whatever they want. We have plenty of parking out front! We have one big ol hunk of love, Nugget. He is 75lbs and Black, he can be a loud mouth so he needs to be brought inside if he's barking outside for too long. He barks a bit when he is getting to know you, but then he turns into a playful, snuggly sweetheart. He is large though and likes to jump up (we are working on it) so you just need to be able to handle pushing him off and not being scared around him.
