Sweet Baby Seeks Nanny

I am looking for a nurturing and reliable nanny to care for my 6-month-old baby in my home. I work from home, so I will be present during the day, but I need dedicated, hands-on support to ensure my baby receives attentive care and developmental engagement. I need someone to help me keep track of his milestones and support them with encouragement and reinforcement. The ideal person will be comfortable with baby care (including diapers, bottle feeding, etc), willing to play and engage mindfully, and have consistent communication. I am happy to provide training and guidance. Since I will be home during the day, I will be available for questions or backup as needed.
