About the job
My wife works from home but is very busy with meetings throughout the day, so we need someone to watch our 5-month-old, F. He's a bright and happy baby who's very curious about the world around him. He's breastfed, but he takes a bottle well. F has reflux issues, so he needs to stay upright for 20 minutes after feedings, and tends to spit up a decent amount. He sleeps very well during "contact naps", but we will start trying to sleep train him after the holidays, so we will need help with that. During the day, his wake window is about 2 hours as of now, and he eats 5 ounces every 3-4 hours. He is rolling over and will soon be crawling. I am home by 3 every day, and if I am ever not, mom can be flexible and take over care.
