Nanny Needed For My 3 Month Old Daughter In Enumclaw.

We are looking for a great nanny for our 3-month-old daughter Harper in Enumclaw. We would prefer a nanny who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is comfortable with pets and who is CPR certified. My husband and I both work outside the home. I work right next door to work so I do come home for lunch and am available if needed. My husband is home on Fridays and my mother will be watching Harper 1 day a week so we only need coverage for 3 days a week. On occasion my mom will not be available due to traveling so 4 days a week would be needed but with advanced planning and notice. On occasion I do work 10 hour days but if coverage could not be provided my mom could come for the extra hours. I'm looking for someone who has the ability to be flexible but we have backup (my mom/friends) if something doesn't work with your hours.
