Regular Part-Time Nanny For 14 Month Old

Hello! We're looking for a regular babysitter/nanny for our 14-month-old son. His mom works from home full time but needs a little help during the day to keep him occupied. We have some flexibility but our preferred schedule would be Monday-Friday 11:00 to 3:00 (20 hours/week). We'll be as transparent as possible with any variations from an agreed upon schedule. Our son is a very friendly energetic toddler. We're seeking someone who will be able provide the developmental stimulation he craves while performing basic childcare tasks such as meals and diaper changes. As mentioned, his mom works from home and is typically within arms reach. We also have a small Pug who will definitely want to play and interact but we don't have any expectations for pet care.
