Nanny Needed For 2 Children

We are looking for a great nanny for 2 children in Camas. We would prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping. Nanny must have their own car and a clean driving record. We have a very specific parenting style that has a heavy emphasis on the self determinism of the kids, and have a small handbook that explains how we parent. The nanny should be willing to read this and adhere to it with our kids so that the kids always know what to expect. No drug usage at all, and absolutely no smoking/vaping while on the clock with the kids.
