Nanny For 3 Amazing Girls

We are an active family of 5 with twin nearly 4-year-old girls and an 18-month-old girl. We are looking for an energetic and caring childcare provider to help us cover times when Mom and Dad are both working. These hours are often bedtime and overnight, though there will be an occasional day thrown in there. We will provide a private space for our nanny to rest. We know these dates way ahead of time, often 2 - 3 months in advance. We estimate a total of 20 - 25 hours per month. Family can be available when our nanny isn't and we can add hours if they want to work more.
