Nanny Needed For 1 Child In Camano Island

Due to my husbands schedule as a fire fighter and my hybrid schedule we are in need of a nanny who is able to be flexible as each month would be a different amount of hours and/or days. We are open to discussing providing a min. Set amount of hours a month to ensure the nanny was being supported. We do have our schedule for needed nanny months in advanced. We would also hope if we found someone that fit well into our family that they could be utilized for baby sitting on weekends or nights occasionally when we have social plans. We also have three wonderful labs so we would need someone comfortable with dogs.
