Learning-Focused Part Time Nanny For Two Under Four

We are a family of four plus our dog Bodhi. We have a 7-month-old and 3-year-old. Our kids are happy and love to play and explore. Our 3-year-old is high energy and will love someone who can keep up with him and his big imagination. Our 7-month-old loves watching her big brother and is almost always smiling. We are a learning focused household and like to give our kids loving guidance while letting them do things on their own. We encourage them to be creative and improvise to solve problems in a safe way. Our kids love being outside, playing board games, making food with us, working out together, and are imaginative independent players. We are looking for a caregiver who is flexible to work 2-4 days a week depending on our schedules. I am a teacher and my husband is a firefighter on a rotating schedule so days of work will also rotate.
