Searching For A Loving Nanny For 2 Under 2!! 9am-3pm M-F

Looking for a permanent nanny to come to our home and care for our babies and love them the way they would love their own. Our toddler, L is a happy boy who loves to listen to music and dance. He loves to play with toys and is a great independent player. He likes to watch movies. L is still learning how to communicate. He's also still learning how to feed himself. Our other baby boy, L , is only 3 months old. His interests are milk and comfort. He loves face to face time. (Talking and smiling) Our caregiver should be have plenty of Patience and should have experience with handling both a toddler and an infant at the same time. Would love help with maintaining a routine. (Screen time, lunch, play/music&dance, reading time, nap time, snack time, play time) Maybe even involve outside play, if weather permits. (Walks, independent play outside) She should be able to cook or prepare food for lunch and snacks. As well as being able to clean up lightly after the kids during the day. Notes: We have parking in front of our home and also our driveway. We have 2 golden retrievers but they will be outside or in the garage while the caregiver is at our home.
