Small family in Bremerton, looking for around 10hrs of care a week, divided between 2 days a week. Random weekend or date night care would be cool too. Kiddo is spunky, quick and always busy. Has some trouble communicating needs, so a watchful eye is needed to catch nonverbal ques and non-verbal needs. Ideally, we'd hire someone with family-like energy that will grow to become family to us. Possibly share in speech therapy sessions so you can learn how to communicate with our Kiddo. Maybe even attend OT appointments as well and gain some tools for emotional regulation, etc. All in all, someone that genuinely cares about my kid's wellbeing.
