Provide attentive, loving care for our 4-month-old baby, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Engage in age-appropriate activities to promote development, including tummy time, play, reading, and sensory activities. Follow a flexible daily routine (feeding, naps, diaper changes, etc.) while being responsive to the babys needs. Monitor milestones and report any concerns or observations to parents. Maintain a clean and safe environment for the baby, including tidying up after playtime and helping with light baby-related chores (washing bottles, baby laundry). Support the baby's sleep routine and help with soothing techniques. Communicate effectively with parents about the baby's day, progress, and any issues that may arise.
