About the job
Our girls were born 6 weeks early, so having a strong understanding of child development stages is highly desired as they currently use adjusted age for most milestones. Must have proven ability to manage the demands of caring for twins simultaneously, including feeding, diapering, playtime, and nap routines. A love for dogs is also important, as we have two Bernese (85lb) Mountain Dogs who will also be at home - though they will not require walking or additional care. Fairly set W-F schedule (8:30-5:30) with potential for occasional weekend requests. Open to discussing a M-W schedule (same times) if that's better for you. Mom works from home on Mondays/Fridays and Dad works from home on Thursdays/Fridays.
