LOOKING FOR SOME EXTRA WORK CARING FOR KIDS AND DOGS? BUT NOT TOO MUCH WORK?

I have two beautiful children, S (15) is creative, thoughtful, engaging, and loves to hang out in a forest. J is 11, loves hanging with his friends, his devices, but mostly he loves playing football (and board games). And we have two amazing dogs, and a bearded dragon. We live in Bothell. Mostly, I dont need help as I work from home and I manage, but I do travel for work and thats where I need your help. I attend conferences and am usually gone for 3-4 nights at a time. The good part is that I usually know my dates many months ahead and we can plan! But sometimes I am asked to travel for work and need some flexibility. For now, I know that I have two conferences in October and two in December.
