There are roughly anywhere from 5 to 8 days a month where I am looking for in-home childcare while I am working and he is gone for my 8-month-old son. I have two dogs, but for the most part, they will be away during the time of nannying. Taking care of him while I am in meetings. Looking for someone who understands the needs of a baby that is changing every single day.
