About the job
We would like to find someone who can begin working with our daughter around her first birthday in August. We are hoping to link up with another family so that she has peers but do not have any strong leads. The most important aspects of caring for our daughter will be: - speech that respects her intelligence, autonomy and the English* language (no baby talk) - enjoying at least 2 hours of outdoor play rain or shine - continuing our toileting practice (elimination communication) - a sense of humor and a love for dogs and wildlife We would like her caregiver to be at our house by 8:30, and we expect the day to end around 4:30. *or Spanish. We would be happy to find a great match who can speak their native Spanish
