Babysitter/Nanny Position For School Year

Looking for an experienced caregiver for our soon to be 1-year-old baby. He will be turning 1 in October. Looking for someone that mesh's well with our family and lifestyle and can be responsible and reliable. My husband is in the education world so our babysitting/nanny needs are based on the elementary education school schedule. So there would be occasional days during the week off as well as winter break and spring break etc. I may work from home occasionally and be in and out of the house throughout the work day. We have two dogs that would also be around the house, so we need someone comfortable with animals. Light house work would be expected (dishes, laundry, light cleaning/tidying). Must have a reliable car to take the baby to and from activities or do light grocery shopping.
