Nanny Needed For 1 Child In Bellingham, Occasionally A Younger Sibling As Well (2.5 Years).

Our strong-willed, sensitive girl (almost 5) needs a caregiver who is flexible, willing to be outside often and okay with participating in imaginative & repetitive play. Experience with neurodivergence is preferred, with a style that aligns with a trauma-informed approach and respectful parenting. Language is very important! We use a lot of declarative language and neutral, non- judgmental statements. About 20-25 hours a week (Mon-Fri) with a 7:45 daily start in Bellingham and transport to preschools. Occasionally younger brother (2. 5) is home and would need care as well if his care facility is closed. Must be communicative and collaborative with me to occasionally be out of the house with my variable work schedule. Starting early April through end of the school year. Possibly some summer time if wanted as well!
