Long Term Weekly Nanny Job For My 2.5 Year Old!

My son's name is F ! He's 2. 5 years old and special needs. It's been a long but beautiful road with our son and we want the best for him. F is speech delayed at the moment. So we would preferably like someone with experience in special needs to help him learn and grow. You wouldn't know it to look at him though. He's a very sweet boy, but takes a bit to warm up to you! We're looking for 3-4 days a week. Mon, Tues, Wed, Fri. 9:00 am- 5:00 p.m. (paid till 5 pm, but usually my husband gets off work at 4:30 pm). Like housekeeping while F naps, (unload/reload dishwasher, wash the laundry/fold). Possible dates nights once an a while.
