Seeking Nanny For 5 Month Old Twin Girls (flexible Hours And Days)

Hello, my husband and I are seeking a caregiver/nanny for our two 5-month-old twin girls. We are hoping to seek someone who has previous experience with sleep training and association a sleep, eat, and play routine. The job hours can be flexible but the preferred hour of coverage would be 1000-1800. We are also open to 5-6 hour coverages as well. Caregiver/nanny should also be comfortable with pets as we are parents to a 4-year-old mini Aussie.
