About Us: We are a warm and welcoming family that values cleanliness, calm, and the psychological and physical safety of our children. We're seeking a caring and responsible babysitter to care primarily for our 6-year-old daughter, with occasional assistance for our 12-year-old son. Our daughter is very social, loves art, pretend play, and doing cartwheels. Our son is independent but sometimes requires school pickup. We are a supportive, communicative family that values mutual respect and kindness. We hope to find someone who will become an extended part of our family, working in a calm, nurturing environment. Responsibilities: Pick up our 6-year-old daughter from school and take her to activities or the playground. Help her settle at home with dinner, bath time, and homework. Occasionally assist with picking up our 12-year-old son from school or activities. Light housekeeping duties, including tidying up, folding and putting away laundry, and basic meal prep if needed. The ideal candidate will be: Energetic and engaging, yet calm and patient. Flexible and able to adapt to our family's needs. We may occasionally need your help with our 12-year-old for school pickups or short errands, and we appreciate flexibility with advance notice. A good driver with a valid license and clean driving record. Experienced with at least 3 years of professional childcare experience. We encourage fun, educational play and love when caregivers bring their own ideas for creative projects, imaginative play, or outings like trips to the library or park.
